Make your way down the stairs to the private beach stretching from the house to the left to the home association’s beach stairs to the right where you can spend a day swimming, kayaking, or simply having a picnic on the sand. Perfectly located right on Cape Cod Bay, you'll appreciate the home's tranquility and quick distance to several restaurants, cinemas, and shops within two miles from your front door. For a bit of exploration, check out the Nauset Lighthouse, the Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, or the miles of trails and dunes in Cape Cod National Seashore. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The stairway providing beach access is pulled in November and put back in May. Two kayaks and life jackets are available for guests The fireplace is not available for guest use.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
