TV Setup: Game Room with fifty-five-inch TV, Living Room with sixty-five-inch Smart TV, and all bedrooms with forty-two-inch TVs. Internet: Spectrum provider with up to one gigabit speed Wi-Fi (speeds may vary). Pet Friendly: Pet fee of two hundred fifty dollars for one pet; two or more pets are one hundred fifty dollars each (non-refundable). Service and Emotional Support Animals are allowed per law, with written request at booking. Misrepresentation is a misdemeanor, punishable by law. Private Pool & Spa: North-facing pool with a five-foot deep end. Pool heater available for thirty-five dollars per day, with a minimum of three consecutive days. For shorter stays, the minimum still applies. Requests must be made twenty-four hours in advance. Note that the pool’s spa is not a hot tub. House Grill: A cleaning fee of thirty-five dollars per stay applies for use of the house grill. Propane refills are not provided, but guests may use any remaining gas. A BBQ Liability Waiver must be signed by users. Extra & Concierge Services: Optional services like pet fees, pool heater, grill rental, early check-in, late check-out, and mid-stay cleanings are not included in the reservation price. Pool Safety: Screen doors to the pool area are padlocked for safety and liability. Only cleaning staff has access weekly. Garage: Not available for use. The bicycle in the game room is decorative, not for guest use. Baby Items: Complimentary pack-n-play (sheets not included) and stroller for all stays. Mailing Info: No mailbox at the property. Packages can be sent to the management company’s office (details available upon request). Wildlife & Pests: Florida’s environment may have wildlife like raccoons, lizards, and alligators, and pests such as ants and mosquitoes. Regular pest control is provided, but sightings cannot be guaranteed. No refunds for wildlife or pest occurrences.
