With the magnificent, oceanfront Bluff Trail across the road and Stengel Beach within a short walk, this home is both a serene and memorable escape on the Northern California Coast. Enter by way of a garden courtyard, an enclosed space where you read and sip your coffee in the mornings, grill in the afternoons, and find sun and shelter if the bluff-top winds pick up. The interior has a split-level floor plan, with the bedrooms on the wings to the left and right and the main living area straight ahead. Admire classic Sea Ranch style in the walls of natural wood, the inviting stone fireplace, and plentiful windows that frame the ocean, the meadow, and the wildlife that frequent both. Down a few steps from the living room are the ocean view dining room, the kitchen, and the wood-burning stove that sits between them. The kitchen is outfitted with ceramic dinnerware, natural wood cabinetry, and sleek stainless steel appliances that include a French-door refrigerator and a dishwasher. At night, you can watch incredible sunsets, gather around the TV in the living room for a Netflix favorite, and retire to one of three bedrooms. There's an ocean view primary suite, a guest suite, and third bedroom with access to the adjacent hallway bathroom. Additional amenities include central air conditioning and free WiFi for your convenience. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
