Described as a “hidden gem,” BUNGALOWS 313 offers six unique short term or long term rental accommodations on a property located one block north of the Historic Sonoma Plaza, the Sonoma Mission and Barracks. The Plaza is surrounded with great local restaurants; 30 wine tasting rooms; and country style shopping boutiques. The Sonoma bike and walking path is 1 block away; take advantage of the Sonoma Overlook preserve which is a 10 minute walk to beautiful hiking trails overlooking the town and the valley; walk to the Field of Dreams; or go see the Sonoma Stompers Baseball team. There are three different styles and basic room layouts on the property. Two bungalows have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath; two have 1 bedroom, 1 bath; and another two are detached studio style bungalows. All the bungalows are built surrounding a serene Tuscan style central courtyard with a fountain and newly installed gas fire-pit. All bungalows have full kitchens or kitchenette facilities. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a complimentary bottle of local wine, fresh ground coffee from a local roaster, and juice and bottled water, along with a wine tasting card to 30 wineries and tasting rooms.
