It is not safe to disconnect the fire alarm system. 10. Please avoid using white bathroom towels to remove makeup or sleeping on linens with makeup. If any towels or linens get stained, there will be a fee 11. Guests are responsible for changing the batteries of any items, such as AAA or AA batteries, if they run out. 12. Laundry space hours: 9am -7PM Because there is an apartment above or next to room, it is necessary to be very quiet and fallow the instructions. 13. We have basic items in the kitchen, bathrooms and other spaces in the unit. you may provide your items if you have any special needs or can ask us if we can provide but not promising. 14. Occasionally, we may need to inspect the property (e.g., plumbing and electric systems) with a 24-hour notice. 16. While we strive to accommodate reasonable guest requests, please note that we do not provide hotel services. 17. Each reservation is entitled to 1 parking spot within the parking lot. 18. Portable window AC units may be removed between October 10 and May 15. 19. Except for emergencies, mechanical repairs may take at least 24 hours or sometime more.. 20. "Building maintenance and repair works may occur between 8:30 am to 6 pm, except on Sundays.
