The Studio
This private studio and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You’ll have your own entrance,
a comfortable (new) queen bed, and bathroom. The space also features an outdoor shower — perfect for tropical climate.
The studio includes a kitchenette with a microwave, induction burner, small refrigerator, and toaster oven — ideal for preparing simple meals.
Enjoy outdoor seating area, picnic area, and barbecue facilities. Free on-site private parking is available for guests.
Located in the peaceful Kalapana Seaview Estates, it's just two minutes from the ocean and within walking distance to the stunning Kehena Black Sand Beach.
The Space
The house was built in 2009 and is a single-story home with a front-facing garage. I lovingly converted the garage into this charming studio.
Open the door to reveal a large screened panel, allowing for great airflow while maintaining privacy.
It’s a sweet space — perfect to come home to after a day of exploring the Big Island.

Sylvie is an excellent host, she is French Canadian and live in Hawaii for over 25 years. Passionnate about Hawaiian Culture and Mythology, She is the owner a small tour Company and can take you for a cultural tour of the volcano and or natural tour of Puna district. Sylvie is also a Massage therapist specializing in Hawaiian Lomilomi.
Puna is the youngest part of the Big Island, located on the east coast of Kilauea Volcano. Rich in natural beauty; costal jungle, pristine ocean and volcanic wonders. There are lava formations, black sand beaches, warm lava ponds... all in a very authentic part of the island and off the tourism path . For lover of raw nature.
