Beautifully upgraded two-story home with plenty of space for the family. The home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, and a game room for your kids upstairs.  There are four bedrooms located on the upstairs floor. The master bedroom has a cal-king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The remaining three upstairs bedrooms have cal-king beds and share the hallway bathroom. Downstairs has the remaining bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a bathroom on the main floor for this bedroom's use.  The open-concept family room and kitchen has plenty of space for the family to gather. The kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances: oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.  Escape to our beautiful backyard oasis with a heated in-ground rock pool and jacuzzi! The pool has a built-in waterslide that will keep the kids happy for hours. The is an outdoor grill and fire pit. The patio has an outdoor dining table and seating.  There is a pack 'n play, strollers, highchair, and booster seat for your infants & toddlers. A full-size washer and dryer are in the home. In addition, the house has Central Air & Heat. The couch has a queen pull-out mattress. Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 83, and jacuzzi to 102 This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3 in our driveway only - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. 3 Night minimum rental No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event.
