The hallway leads you to a modern bathroom with a stand-up shower, and at the end of the hall, a comfortable bedroom awaits, featuring a queen bed designed for restful nights. Please note that the backyard is not available for use, and we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking on the roof deck or stairs to maintain the integrity of the property. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
