Very unique studio apartment which will have its own entrance and a kitchenette. High wood ceilings on the second floor above the primary home’s garage. It also has access to a fully fenced back yard, outdoor grill and fire pits, and a private guest covered patio.
Randy and Liza love to entertain and when their house is not being used by family and friends, they hope to build new friendships by allowing others to enjoy their space. We are relatively new to the short-term rential business but we have been renting long term rentals almost 8 years. We hope you will try out our place!
Georgetown is a gem in the Austin metroplex. We are in the heart of the historic district known as Old Town. A lovely and very short walk from the square where you will find delicious restaurants, fantastic shopping and delightful entertainment.
