The property backs up to 33 acres of conservation land that features walking trails around two ponds. A good walk down to the end of the road will bring you to Nauset Inlet where beautiful vistas are waiting to award your trek. Nauset and Skaket Beaches are also within easy reach of the home. Two gigantic shade trees provide a pleasant setting for outdoor gatherings, with yard games provided for added entertainment. The six-person dining table on the deck sets the stage for alfresco meals. When you're ready to explore a little, you'll find East Orleans eateries, downtown Orleans, and access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail all within a two-mile radius. The inviting interior exudes a homey ambiance, with traditional decor and original features accenting the home's historic style. The massive full kitchen boasts a full suite of updated stainless steel appliances to help you handle family-style feasts with ease. A smart TV and board games are ready to welcome additional home entertainment in the living room. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
