The property you are about to enjoy is a house which I have remodeled so you can feel like you are at home. It has two separate bedrooms with queen size beds, the living room has a hide a bed sofa, DVD-Blue Ray player, many movies to watch under the TV, WiFi, Smart TV, Microwave, Electric Stove, Washer and dryer, steam iron to iron your clothes on a hook, hair dryer, basket for dirty clothes.

The property is in a very private street, Peoria Heights is an exclusive area of Peoria, IL . This area has several restaurants, cafe/bars, and many other amenities at few blocks from property on Prospect St. Downtown is within 7 to 8 minutes drive, OSF Hospital and Methodist Hospital are even closer than that.
