I am a retired person that enjoy hosting, my wife is my partner and helps me to keep the place nice and clean. We are proud to offer this brand new apartment in the lower side of our home with an open style space in the main room that includes the king size bedroom, kitchen,full bath, dining area, the second room has amenities such as ping pong table, darts board, projector with huge screen to enjoy comfortable TV programs or your favorite movies. Also there is a new washing machine, parking for 1 yo 6 cars in the driveway and a basketball court where you can have fun playing.
Nice and peaceful neighborhood, close to the Lincoln Woods State Park and the Twin River Casino. Conveniently located close to major highways, malls, Colleges and Universities, 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Providence, 30 to 40 minutes from Boston and 3 hours drive to New York City. Rhode Island has beautiful beaches and the famous city of Newport with lots of mansions to visit, restaurants, the Newport Harbor where you can go by bus, ferry or driving to enjoy the scenic roads.
