Hello. We are Laura & Nick. We are the proud owners of Nicura Ranch, a small horse farm in rural Kentucky. We have put so much work into making our farm and Inn a beautiful haven. We love being able to share it with so many guests. With over 40 years in the hospitality business, in South Florida, we are happy to now be welcoming guests in Kentucky.
Our animals also love meeting everyone. We look forward to welcoming you.

Nicura Ranch is a private farm and Inn, located in Berea, Kentucky. Featured on the cover of Equine Living Magazine, our property offers lush beautiful grounds, fishing ponds, patio spaces, horse stables, goats and chickens. We have a bakery with homemade ice cream on site. Guests are treated to complimentary evening bourbon and morning muffins, while staying with us. Our Inn has 3 private guest suites, all connected to our stables. Guests are encouraged to meet and interact with our animals.

Berea is a quaint, artsy town in Kentucky. It is conveniently located just off I-75. The town is perfect for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. There are plenty of bike trails, and the Pinnacles is one of the best hiking spots in Kentucky.
Berea is full of small, privately owned shops, featuring local artists and handmade items. Local restaurants include Honeysuckle, Boone Tavern, and Native Bagel.
