Less wait time with toilet and shower separate rooms. This unit only has 1 step to access. Aloha, this is a Quiet, Comfortable, place to stay while exploring the Big Island. You will have a welcome book with lots of information for great Wi-Fi, beaches, dining, directions, and fun things to do. All guests must agree to remove slippers/shoes before room entry. Each unit comes with a TV, a microwave, mini fridge, BBQ GAS GRILL, Kettle, toaster, coffee pot with filters, cups, coffee and drinking water provided. We do offer beach gear: Sand Free beach blankets, drying towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, coolers, ice packs etc. The Deluxe Family Rooms has 1 King & 1 Queen bed. The Deluxe 2 Bedroom suite and has a queen size bed in each separate room. The Ocean View community has a laundromat, post office, gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shop, dine in and take out restaurants, etc. Smoking anything is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. We are located on 3 acres of fenced and gated property in a QUIET area away from city traffic and lights. Without streetlights, we have some of the most AMAZING VIEWS of the night sky. From this property we have beautiful and PANORAMIC VIEWS of the ocean and south point often with views of huge rainbows. Call in advance to inquire about Early check in availability! PLEASE...TRY TO GIVE US NOTICE OF YOUR INTENDED ARRIVAL TIME so we can be here and awake to open the property gate, get you checked-in and give you your keys. There is NO SELF CHECK-IN available.
