Inside, this joyful home boasts a bright open floorplan combining the kitchen, living room, and dining room into one living space with vaulted ceilings and turquoise accents here and there. Comfortable sofas surround a cable TV, offering an incredibly comfortable entertainment space. Let your loved ones unwind and chat while you treat them to a delicious meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Boasting incredible appliances (French-door fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and two coffee makers) and all the pots and utensils to whip up everything that comes to mind, cooking will be a breeze. Enjoy meals a the breakfast bar, a great addition to the dining table. This home has four bedrooms (two of them are located on one side of the home and the other two on the opposite side), two full baths, and a convenient laundry nook with a washer/dryer combo. The main bedroom has a TV and an en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower. There is a bunk bed that is just perfect for kids. The other two bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. One of these bedrooms features a TV, meaning the home offers guests three TVs throughout the home. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. There are two Bethany Beach trolley stops within a five-minute walking distance from the home.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
