Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to assure there is no cross-contamination. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star and we assign each staff member to the same property stay after stay. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes.
