Spend your days on the beach by renting water equipment to kayak, paddleboard, sail, fish, and do every other waterfront activity imaginable. Tour the area to discover delightful attractions like Sadler Ranch, Amelia River Cruises & Charters, Main Beach Park, Amelia Island State Park, and Black Rock Beach, all within a 13-mile radius. Upon entry, discover a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances (no oven) and a table and chairs for mealtimes or family game nights. A patio outside offers an additional table and chairs (as well as a convenient outdoor sink) for open-air dining. After meals, relax in the living area and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts, or switch over the available cable TV as well! This apartment also includes an outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt and sand, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer to let you pack light and keep your laundry under control during your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
