As a guest at the Red Pine Condominiums, you’ll have access to an array of recreational amenities - including a pool and hot tub. A large sectional and comfy rocking chair in the living room offer seating for eight, providing the perfect place to unwind by the gas fireplace. Swap stories from your day’s adventures, or watch a movie on the Samsung 50” TV with a surround sound system, DVD player, and cable TV. Large windows overlook the surrounding pines, while a glass door leads to a private patio with mountain views. After a day of skiing, whip up a hearty dinner in the sleek kitchen. The chef in your group will appreciate the ample cookware, stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, and eye-catching black granite countertops. Gather for meals at the dining table set for eight or the kitchen bar that seats three. The primary suite is on the third floor and features a gas fireplace. The private patio has seating for two, offering a pleasant spot to relax in the fresh pine-scented air. To enjoy meals outside pack a basket and head to one of the nearby picnic areas. Minutes away from the slopes, this townhome offers an ideal location for winter enthusiasts. A mere 2-minute drive will have you at the Cabriolet ski lift, which will whisk you to the slopes and the Canyons Village. Once at Canyons Village, check out One Sweet Ride and Canyons Mountain Sports for any added gear you might need. For an evening out, drive 4.5 miles to Park City’s historic Main Street for a plethora of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
