Our hosting journey began in 2016 and today, we own and host 6 short-term rental properties in Tennessee & Florida. And with Downtown Cocoa Beach just minutes away, you can walk or bicycle ride to some of the best restaurants, coffee shops and bars on the Space Coast. Situated on a peaceful canal that leads to Thousand Islands, the Indian River Lagoon and the Banana River, you can cast a line from the dock and even say hello to our resident guest dolphins and manatees. The setting can easily transport you to a simpler time, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the perfect place to pause and reflect. Cook up your favorite meal on the charcoal BBQ grill while your family and friends swim in the heated swimming pool and spa, fish or kayak from the dock, soak up the sun in our loungers or play outdoor games. The screened patio is complete with an outdoor dining table and lounge set, perfect for sunsets and sunrises. The backyard and nearby beach also provide front-row seats to rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center. nside, the decor is a nod to the charm and tranquility of old Florida, intentionally designed to balance comfort and function. The home is well appointed with beach gear, ranging from beach chairs and umbrellas to toys and coolers– plus wagons to carry it all. After a day at the beach, cool down in the swimming pool. Bicycles & kayaks are available to rent for a nominal fee per stay.

Thousand Islands is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including storks, alligators, manatees, as well as rare and endangered tropical plants. This is an incredible location to experience the magical glow of bioluminescence. If you don't get a visit from the dolphins or manatees right from the dock, you are likely to catch them there. If you prefer, there are also a variety of guided tours available nearby, including sea turtle, dolphin and manatee encounters as well as kayak and bioluminescence tours. Downtown Cocoa Beach, restaurants, bars & shops are all within a short walk or bike ride from the home! Explore the wonders of space at the Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex, indulge in ecotourism and nature with walking trails or hiking or catch some waves with surf lessons. Notably, the Brevard Zoo holds the #3 ranking among North American zoos. Across the Space Coast are excellent shopping, dining, and drinking options.
