Rock Pointe Ranch is a working horse breeding farm (Gypsy Vanners) so you can enjoy the horses and foals, play with the friendly dogs, relax at the nice heated pool but still be in the centre of Florida with all within reach, Withlacoochee bike trail, swimming with the Manatees, airboat rides, kayak, golf, Disney, Tampa, Clearwater beach ... A continental breakfast is included . Rooms are in the Main House but have their own privacy.
We moved in 2015 with our 6 Gypsy Vanners from Belgium (Europe) to Floral City to start our American Dream and we didn't regret it for a minute . Beautiful setting, lovely people and always sunshine !
Floral City is a small pittoresk town in central Florida with a lot of history . After 1900 it was one of the bigger towns due to the phosphate mines . Historic houses downtown and a very interesting museum are left . The Withlacoochee State trail and forest are one of the things to do . Inverness at 6 miles with lot of shopping, dining as well as Brooksville , 12 miles away are worth the trip.
