We required a deposit for all rooms. $100 in cash or by credit or debit card. ($200 deposit for suites). If using a credit or debit card guests must show matching ID to name on the credit or debit card. The credit card will be authorized for the deposit amount. The pending authorization will then fall off within 72 hours of checkout if the guests do not damage the room. Smoking in any room will result in forfeiture of entire deposit upon checkout.
