This condo is near to South Congress! It is easy to walk or even take a scooter to all the cool things to do on SoCo! This condo was completely, and I mean completely, renovated this year. Everything is brand new and was created by a professional designer that used an "Austin, Retro" theme. Austin is known for it's music and this condo has a collection of record albums and a record player. Google Fiber internet and large screen TV, Coffee and Tea set-up, full kitchen and amenities.
We are the son and daughter-in-law of the owners! We all live in Austin, TX! The owners have been here since the 1980s, while Eric was born and raised here. We spent a lot of time and money completely renovating the apartment for about a year to use as a family "stay-cation" spot, and we rent it out whenever family and friends aren't using it!
