Renovated and updated with the beach traveler in mind, heated, salt pool, surfer paradise. We thought of everything! Brand new heated pool installed. Private, fenced in paradise, hang in the hammock, coffee in the morning where you hear the waves crash and calling you to the beach. Plenty of room at the outside oasis pool, it is private and all yours! Open floor concept throughout house. New kitchen cabinets and island installed. PlayStation 5 for the older and arcade game with 5 different games for the young ones. Lots of board games, card and more. Five minutes from downtown traffic you will find this slice of heaven, 500 feet from the ocean. Half mile from the infamous Cocoa Beach Pier. We have been in the vacation rental business for 8 years and this house shows all we learned. Kids have screamed walking in the door, its so exciting! I wash all bedding and sheets and hang to dry on the line for that ocean smell, yum! Bamboo sheets and pillow cases. The best beds and pillows for all travelers. We hope to see you soon!
Hello! We have lived "Beachside" for 15 years and we love our beautiful Cocoa Beach. The serenity of the home, the ocean breeze coming through the windows, hearing the waves crash, what's not to love? My husband is U.S. Navy Submarine Master Chief (Ret) (from KY) and I am a Mathematics Professor (from WI-Go Pack!). We are always on the water, boating, long walks on the beach and my husband loves to surf. We welcome you to beautiful Cocoa Beach, FL. Home to the infamous Ron Jon's, the Cocoa Beach Pier, only 45 minutes to Disney attractions.
This property is in an area unknown to many locals. Its a great little circle that has other vacation rentals as well as locals live nearby. You are steps to the beach and can hear the ocean crash whenever you are outside. Very cool to hear when you are ready to snooze in our amazing, themed bedrooms. Check out the space room, so cool (do not forget to look at the ceiling), the surf room (of course). Primary bedroom is elegant and peaceful. Upper deck to watch the launches, we saw Artemis I there, wow-zah! Fenced in heated pool, brand new and so beautiful. All the pool & beach gear you will need. We thought of everything! Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area.
