Nestled in the pines of Wellfleet and close to the town center, you'll find this eclectic, Bohemian retreat. Located adjacent to the historic Chequessett Burial Ground and First Meeting House of 1723, this coastal home delights with its park-like setting. After a day at nearby Mayo Beach (and grab the beach umbrella and cooler bag to go to the beach with you), you can rinse off in the outdoor shower. A second living area complete with a bedroom, bathroom, and patio offers privacy. Entertaining in this well-equipped kitchen and a JBL portable speaker is a treat. End the evening on the spacious deck while gazing at the stars. The Baker Field Recreation Area with a playground, recreational courts, and picnic tables is a great nearby option for families. Two bedrooms on the main floor feature a queen bed in each. A third bedroom which has a king bed and a bathroom are located on the ground walk out level. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 am No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fireplace is not for use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
