This splendid gem enjoys an incomparable location in the coastal-themed Bermuda Bay Community, which grants you access to a mini waterpark with a lazy river, splash pools, waterslides, an outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an entertainment area, and a lounge area. A community dock with a kayak launch is also available.
There is one parking space in the driveway of the unit. This is an additional parking space, adjacent to the side of the building.
