Inside the first home, you'll find a main living area, perfect for lounging in, a pull-out sofa bed, and a kitchenette. The second home boasts another main living area, a futon bed, and a kitchenette. With more space than you could imagine you'll be able to lounge, eat, watch movies, and sleep peacefully at this retreat. Treat yourself to a soothing bath in the private hot tub, or warm up after a day spent on the slopes by unwinding in the full shower or by cozying up to the heat of the outdoor firepit. End your evenings by gathering together with those you love on the deck overlooking the Black River as you barbecue something truly delicious on the provided gas grill. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
