MUST READ! MUST READ ! Cat in premises (ALLERGIES) & for experienced travelers ONLY! This is a private room & bathroom in an 2nd Floor apartment shared with the host and for TRAVELERS ONLY. There re some stairs. WE DON'T ALLOWED * Not to be used for third parties meetings: getting a tattoo, haircut, haircolor etc. * Not to be used if you're going to a club around and coming back in a loud way and drunk we would ask you to leave immediately. (Or heat food @ 4:30am for 20min in microwave) * Not to be used as a cheap motel either for that you need a motel or hotel. This is a family home and religious. Also there’s a female cat very friendly but if you have allergies this is not the place for you.

Jamaica is close to the JFK Airport and AIR Train, it has great restaurants and quite new real estate developments. Also, the LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) train is close by and for 5 dollars will take you in 15 min to Manhattan (Penn Station or Grand Central) in a comfortable way and below this station is the Subway E, J, Z trains that can take you to 34th St Penn Station in 45 minutes and the J, Z takes you to Brooklyn.
