It’s an easy walk or bike ride on the Flagler Beach Boardwalk or Flagler Beach to Mainland Trail to visit dozens of cafés, bars, or shops, all within less than a quarter mile of the home. Even better is the fact numerous restaurants are all within one block in either direction. If you want to explore further afield, golf courses, state parks, and natural areas are all within an easy drive. At home, start the day with coffee and an ocean view on the covered front balcony, then step inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. The sleek, updated kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space to whip up full meals, or just some snacks for the beach. Grab a bite at the kitchen table, then pop the dishes in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower, then cool off in the central AC while the day’s beach clothes get a refresh in the washer/dryer. Indoor entertainment options include free WiFi and five streaming-capable TVs, or unplug entirely with a family cookout on the gas grill. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
