My Dream Hotel on aastaringselt jaheda temperatuuriga ning asub Da Lati turust ja Xuan Huongi järvest 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Külalistele pakutakse iga päev lihtsat hommikusööki ja tasuta WiFi-ühendust. Tubades on kaabeltelevisioon, minibaar ja istumisnurk. Privaatses vannitoas on sooja veega dušš ja tualetitarbed. Külalised saavad ühisköögis ise toitu valmistada. Samuti võivad nad korraldada ekskursioone või abistada pesupesemisteenuse ja pakihoiuga ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtus.
