During periods of high load shedding, hot water may be lukewarm due to the shared geyser in the building. This occurs sporadically and is beyond our control.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. However, guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
Please be aware that cleaning services are provided per stay, not per night. Our cleaner will thoroughly clean the unit after your checkout. If you require daily housekeeping, we offer a helper at R180 per call-out.
