This modern cottage is well equipped with all the amenities you would needand has spectacular sea views.
The living area leads to an open patio running the length of the house which makes this the perfect spot to have a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon barbecue while gazing out to the sea.
The cottage is eco friendly with solar panels and batteries providing energy efficiency. We are able to connect to the grid if needed
Rain water is stored in two large water storage units and filtered for healthy drinking water.

Chintsa East is a picturesque seaside village with unspoilt sandy beaches that go on for miles.
Some of the activities in the area; hiking, beach walks, suefung, mountain biking, game drives, quad bikes, canoeing, horse riding, boat trips, golf, yoga classes, pottery painting.
