I have a beautiful fully furnished one bedroom apartment available. It is perfect for someone travelling for business and/or to the Mediclinic or doctors' appointments. It is walking distance to the CBD and Mediclinic Hospital and most doctors' rooms. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, small fridge, toaster, kettle and basic kitchenware. It has a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sleeper couch in the living space. We offer a cleaning service if you spend more than one night and request this service. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower. The apartment has private parking behind a security gate that works with a remote and has electric fence. The apartment is also equipped with an alarm and beams around the outside.
I am an audiologist with a great passion for people. I recently opened my practice in the CBD and decided to build an apartment at the back so I can accommodate people with loved ones in the hospital or those who travels for business. I am at the practice from Monday to Friday however the apartment has its own entrance and parking area which is completely separate from the practice and private.
Paglande, Worcester is an old beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees and is the center of the town.
CBD is walking distance as well as Mediclinic.
