It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted.

Please note that a full payment is processed when the booking is made.

This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.

During the student week period, persons under the age of 25 will not be allowed occupation at this resort unless they are accompanied by a person over 25 years of age throughout their stay. During this week, a breakage deposit of R3 000 will be required upon check in. Should you be in the process of making a reservation, or have booked this resort for purposes of students, please contact your reservations office to make alternative arrangements.

Please contact the resort in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on a Sunday/Public holidays.

Please note that the resort cannot guarantee villas, suites or chalets booked are located close to one another.

The use of braai’s (barbeques) is restricted to accommodation where the facility is provided at the unit itself.
