The ibis Nova América is located inside the Nova América shopping mall, a traditional shopping mall in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The staff were so nice always trying to help especially Julia. She really went out of her way to help us when we needed something.

Perfect location, the staff is really friendly and the room is okay, you can listen a bit to the tráfico if you're near the main road and no reading light. For all the other it was really good
