We were traveling for several weeks, staying in a different place almost every night, and this was by far the best one of our entire trip — especially considering we stayed at two other places in Canmore. Although it’s not right in the center, we absolutely loved the location and the breathtaking views. Our room was incredible, with everything you could possibly need, and every corner of the property smelled amazing, which added to the warm and cozy atmosphere. One of the most special things about this place was how peaceful and private it felt. Even though we knew the house was fully booked, we never saw another guest — it truly felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Whether we were enjoying breakfast or relaxing in the lounge, there was this calm, intimate vibe that made our stay feel even more unique. Having coffee in the room was a lovely touch, but what really made it extra special were the little surprises — like complimentary cookies or candies waiting for you as you went up the stairs to your room. One evening, we picked up some delicious pizzas just 2 minutes away by car (or a 7-minute walk) and enjoyed them in the beautiful, super comfortable lounge. The lounge was another highlight — cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfect for relaxing. We played vinyl records with great music and even played the chess game, which made for such a memorable evening. The entire space felt thoughtfully designed and truly welcoming. We also had breakfast the next morning — the chai latte was fantastic. While the staff isn’t always on-site, that actually added to the peaceful atmosphere. And when we did meet them, they were incredibly kind and helpful.

Heartwood Inn di Drumheller menyediakan akomodasi khusus dewasa dengan taman, teras, dan fasilitas barbekyu. The rooms were amazing. Unfortunately, the TV did not work in the original room I had reserved. After trying to rectify the problem, they quickly moved us to the turret room across the hall. A massive upgrade. Both rooms were amazing! The main lady that owns the place was wonderful! So kind, polite and ultra helpful. We chose to have the breakfast. It was delightful! Two slices of french toast stuffed with blueberries/raspberries/blackberries. Then an array of fresh fruit and whip cream circled the plate. Hot maple syrup was served on the side. Delicious! Fresh squeezed OJ and a plethora of coffee and tea choices were available. Super value for the price. Definitely coming back. Wonderful place for a mini-getaway.

And the bonus ice cream on check in was wonderful! It felt more like a B&B, rather than a motel.
