Santa Josefita is a comfortable, friendly, clean oasis tucked into a neighborhood street. the building and decorations are unique and local, the inner courtyards are cool and peaceful. the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean (the ceiling was a bit short for my 6'2" partner :) ). breakfast was simple but good scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt/cereal. staff was friendly and helpful, 24hrs, which was great for arriving at odd hours. walking distance to downtown shops and local sites. would definitely stay again.

Beautifully renovated and HUGE room with one of the most amazing beds I’ve ever slept in. Our stay here was so comfortable. The inner courtyard is also very pretty. Shower was also enormous and I appreciated having two sinks in the bathroom. It all felt very luxurious. The location is good, at the edge of Puebla’s historic center and maybe a 10 minute pleasant walk to the Zócalo. Friendly staff who speak a little English which was helpful for us. I would wholeheartedly recommend to stay here.

This is a very well run resort, with very innovative, interesting rooms, a very good restaurant & spa, which we tried, & very professional staff. It’s also in easy walking distance from the center of La Puebla, a very peaceful & lovely city.

The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a rooftop bar with beautiful view to the cathedral. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortabel The inner courtyard is well designed and gives a nice atmosphere.

Hotel Casareyna is an oasis of art and beauty in the marvelous historic center of Puebla. The restaurant is excellent ... breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff of both the hotel and restaurant are helpful, kind, and very professional. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and well-maintained. The rooms are beautifully furnished with hand-made furniture and rugs. The pictures on the hotel web site are lovely, but the hotel is even better in person. We would happily stay her again if we are lucky enough to return to Puebla.

If you’re looking for a rustic, calm and simple ranch stay away from the city this is the place! Calpan is a nice slow town so there is plenty of time to enjoy the surrounding nature by hiking and horse riding (amazing, recommend you give them a go !!) with the neighbouring Cabalgatas Puebla! Having breakfast with the ranch owner and his wife made me feel like I was part of a family. Perfect for backpacker or casual traveler who wants to get away and experience life in a ranch. I love the little cat Cazadorcito!

This is a beautifully decorated hotel in excellent location. We had delicious breakfasts and two dinners in the restaurant. Our room was nicely furnished and quite comfortable. We were on the third floor, and had no noise from the ground floor restaurants and conference areas. The window of the room looks out onto the hallway, but there is a very good shade on it, so privacy is ensured. From the rooftop, you have a nice view of the city, including the volcano on clear mornings. We would definitely recommend and come to stay again.

Location was good for the place where I was going. Food is very basic, just breakfast. Could not find a place to have dinner in the premises. Personnel was excelent, always friendly and more than ready to help.
