The staff is forthcoming and very friendly. We felt immediately at home. The room exceeded our expectations, with nice ocean views. We definitely will come back!

The staff were absolutely lovely. Thank you Tania, Fabien and crew for the great stay. The room was spacious and cool with a lovely view of the beach and trees with birds singing and waves crashing. It was very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, the aircon was very efficient, everything was clean. We had great sleep. The restaurant served delicious food and has amazing views over the beach and ocean. I'd happily stay here again.

Chente's Place is the place to stay if you're headed to Barra and looking to score. Al is the man. He's down there every day shooting clips of everyone surfing and as a local knows everyone in town and the water. Chente's has super fast Star Link internet if you need to hop online, air conditioned rooms (which you'll need - it's hot), and really good coffee every morning. Couldn't be more stoke to have stayed at Chente's and will be coming back.
