The place was pretty good especially for the amount I paid for. Room was big, the bed was cosy, the facilities are great even though I didn't get to swim in the pool. The staff are nice and really helpful. Location is great especially if you want to attend events in SM Lanang. I can say it's safe despite the surroundings so don't let that fool you. Davao people are really nice and it's safe even if you walk in the middle of the night.

The location was very convenient for us to go around Tagum. Transportation was easy as it is in the center of the city. The staffs are exceptional, very accommodating and friendly namely, NIKON, ROWINA and DEBBIE. We are so grateful to them. They made our one month stay (July 5 to August 2) comfortable.
