This is the best hotel I've been to (and I've travelled a lot) if you want an off grid holiday somewhere peaceful, on a beautiful beach, super friendly team and owners. If you have a good book and like the ocean, you'll be happy here for days. There is intermittent cell signal (but strong signal with both smart and globe five mins up the beach). Starlink for much of the day. Battery powered fans and lights in the bedroom. Generator (not noisy) during day for charging devices and battery packs. You can absolutely remote work here. I loved how friendly the other guests were. It meant I could dip in and out of hanging in the cafe and reading my book or chatting to them and the owners. Very safe, with owners sleeping on site plus overnight security. Top tip, chat to owners before you book about what you want to get up to. They are amazing and will give you a frank answer about whats possible/realistic. Ultimately this isn't a five star all inclusive resort - it's a bit bouncy to get to and you don't have air con etc. But gosh it's amazing. I wish I'd stayed longer.

The rooms have all that you need, and a great balcony space too. You have all that you need in the kitchen downstairs, dispensable water, and great wi-fi - I would recommend it for your stay in Port Barton!

The room was very comfortable and nice, the location is top. In the center of town and 2 steps away of town square. Nora (the owner) was absolutely amazing and helpful, what a lovely lady bless her!!

It was an amazing experience. Kuya Ezekiel is very helpful and caring to his guests. He treated us like his daughter and son, everything is available and accessible. I will definitely be coming back and I will invite even my friends.

We stayed here for one night to get a minivan to El Nido. But we wished we stayed longer! The staff is amazing! They did a free airport pick up which went smooth. They always had a smile on their face and gave us a welcoming drink on arrival. The breakfast was delicious, the bed comfortable and the area quiet.
