Nagtatampok ang Hsing Fu Hot Spring Hotel ng accommodation sa Jiaoxi. Hotel is super-clean and well-maintained, nothing broken or frayed anywhere. Breakfast is included - small individual portions (not a buffet, possibly because of the pandemic) - but very tasty and great coffee. Even so, the fantastic staff is where this hotel shines. Avril (manager) and her small team work incredibly hard to help guests. During our stay, a drunk guest caused a disturbance late one night. When brought to her attention in the morning (front desk is not 24/7, but there is a security guard), Avril immediately addressed and resolved the problem. Very much appreciated.

Top marks for cleanliness. They clean the room every day and ask guests to leave their shoes in the rack and wear the hotel slippers before entering the room. The hot spring bath is also excellent. There are 4 of them which is enough for a hotel of this size. Most of the time, there is at least one hot spring bath room available.

Located in Jiaoxi, 3-minute walk from Jiaoxi Railway Station, Fairytale Yi Su Hotspring Hotel offers hot spring, elegant guestrooms and spaces with fairy tale elements. Staff extremely helpful, free parking, great for kids (playroom + Legos in the lobby), good breakfast.

The rooms were nice, large and clean; and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent though only had four options. The location could not be better, near train station, lots of restaurants including a vegetarian buffet across the street. Walking distance to everything I wanted to do in town and taxis were cheap when o adventured farther. The first floor has lots of space.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown
