We stayed at Mahana House for two nights and absolutely loved it. The cottage was beautiful and incredibly comfortable — the bed even had adjustable firmness settings! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there was a laundry room where we could wash and dry our clothes for free. The cat was adorable, and for the first time, my husband changed his opinion about cats — he actually liked this one! Randy takes great care of the orchard, and the longans were delicious. We truly appreciated the peaceful surroundings — it was perfect for mindfulness and relaxation. We shared photos on Instagram, and so many of our friends are now planning to visit too! It’s about a 15-minute drive from Hilo town, so having a car is necessary — but totally worth it. This place is truly a dream stay. Highly recommended!

If I get an opportunity to return to Kona, I will certainly stay here again.

The Inn at Kulaniapia Falls sits among 22 lush, natural acres, surrounding Hawaii's largest privately accessible waterfall. Free WiFi is available as well as a guest computers. We loved being part of the community, this wasn't advertised (and might not suit some people) but we loved it!

Didn't expect too much from a B&B in the middle of the town other than a great location to explore the place. But the moment you step in the room, you are in a beautifully put together place where everything is available: kitchenett with Coffee station and fridge, bath with bath tube, comfy bed and TV. I liked the color theme thoughout the room of white, grey and wood-colored.

Only stayed one night as it is in the northernmost part of the island and a windy road to get there and back to the rest of the island. Rooms were comfy, clean and very nice. Lots of room. Played games in the foyer of the hotel. There was a farmer's market right outside the morning we left. Nice bakery and places to eat within a few minutes walk. Beautiful drive to get there.

Perfect place for the perfect vacation. We went for our honeymoon and it was simply amazing! Great room, territory, amazing breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. We have enjoyed every moment we stayed here.
