Hotel has extremely great location if you need to get to Shanghai International ExpoCentre, as the entry is 50 m from the hotel. It is also convenient if you arrive at Pudong airport - 35 minutes by car, or you can take metro line 2 or Maglev and then switch to line 7 (terminal station is 150 m from the hotel). Hotel is linked through a gallery with the shopping mall, food court and metro station. You can get to the old town and City by taxi in 20-25 minutes or you can take metro (approx. the same time). There is a Century park located near the hotel - great place to relax. Hotel itself has awesome facilities starting from rooms and ending with swimming pool, spa and children entertainment zone. Three restaurants and bar serve good food, and The Cook has buffet times twice a day. Staff was friendly and helpful, we had no problems with any requests during our stay. We chose room at The Club executive flour, and it included a lot of amenities and extra facilities (with lounge for business and relax purposes) which was definitely worth the money.

Lovely hotel and located in a fantastic area to discover Shanghai. Wonderful and very helpful staff especially at the reception. Special mention to Mrs. Constanze and Mr. Robin from the front desk which helped us so much to discover the city and gave us precious advice on where to go and what to do. Special thanks to them both. The room was excellent nothing was missing to feel well. The breakfast was delicious and tasty, all in all a great experience in a great city.

We are so grateful! My husband and I had a 12 hours day layover between flights and we wanted a place close to the airport to rest and leave our luggages. The owner was amazingly kind! He picked us up from the airport (we even arrived earlier and called him, and he arrived quickly). He even helped us call a taxi to go visit the city center. We asked him to bring us back to the airport and the was super punctual. We are very grateful to him. Also, the room was clean and really nice (super comfortable bed). We were in doubt since there were only 2 reviews when we booked, but our experience was great. Definitely recommended!!!
