Greeting guests with its beautiful lobby chimney, this hotel offers accommodations on the shores of Villarrica Lake. Everything. Helpful staff, great location and view from my room over the lake. The steak was amazing - as was the margarita!

Super clean and cute cabin. Breakfast was a whole event in itself and really delicious. The family running the place are so friendly and helpful. Also having on site parking was really handy. In the middle of town so easy to walk to everywhere.

Kohapeal on hooajaline välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja terrass. the hotel is beautiful, comfortable and surrounded by beautiful landscapes and nature. However what stands out and was the great differential is the service and care of the employee Francisca. always very kind and concerned about the small details.

Villarrica rahvuspark on 33 km kaugusel.... Beautiful location on a little hill above town. Strong wifi, hot water, comfy bed, beautifully decorated, large bathroom, spacious cozy room. The breakfast included was exceptional...like an old school bed and breakfast....very thoughtful. The eating arrea has a lovely view of a little yard and patio. There is a pool also, and several kitties around with a few adorable kittens! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Parking available. Maybe 15-20 minute walk to town...but uphill.

Hiljuti renoveeritud aiavaate ja aiaga Cabañas Alto Bosque on Pucónis paiknev puhkemaja, mis jääb Puconi suusakeskusest 16 km kaugusele. 2016. Beautiful setting very peaceful with an stunning view of the volcano.

Cabañas el Dorado Pucón asub Pucónis, 17 km kaugusel suusakeskusest Ski Pucon ja 19 km kaugusel Ojos del Caburgua joast. Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

Don’t usually give Booking.com ‘straight ‘10’s’, but our host’s’ hospitality insured that my husband and I felt truly cosseted while enjoying this a-bit-above-our-average $$$ boutique hotel. Loved our deck, spacious room, ‘catered’ complete breakfast.

Excellent location, the staff is very friendly and helped us with each and every request. The room had an amazing view. Excellent value for money.
