The care given to us by the staff was spectacular. We celebrated our 30th anniversary there. Our room was decorated along with champagne and cake.

The W Shanghai has amazing views of the Bund, and the city itself, making it difficult to leave the room when staring at the horizon. Facilities were amazing and diverse, with pool, whirlpool/jacuzzi, restaurants, clubs and bars. Room was clean and spacious, with all of the amenities needed.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Breakfasts were excellent - delicious, varied, and nicely presented. The relaxation area with the pool and jacuzzi was an absolute highlight and the perfect place to unwind. Thank you for the warm hospitality and wonderful atmosphere. I had an unforgettable experience and would love to come back again.

Radisson Collection Hotel, Xing Guo Shanghai is the perfect addition to this curated collection. Gorgeous property in a great location. Staff was incredibly patient and kind. They went out of their way to find some packages my aunt had sent me without a room number on them. The complimentary juice and wontons were delicious! Housekeeping was lovely too.
