The hostel far exceeded our expections with a wonderful greeting from our host, Carmen, who was always happy, smiling and helpful. Due to the price we paid, we expected a much cheaper feeling, but everything from the facilities to the personnel was excellent. While there's no food on the premises a small restaurant very nearby has one of the best menus of the day, we've had in Colombia! The breakfast on site was per plate instead of a buffet, which meant it was freshly made.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace, Senda Casa Tayrona Los Naranjos is situated in Los Naranjos, 35 km from Santa Marta and a 5 minute drive from Tayrona park main entrance. The hotel itself is fantastic and it has a luxury feel to it. The location by the beach and the river is amazing. The place was very clean and because there aren't that many rooms, you feel like you have the place to yourself. Alongside the location of the Hotel, the food was the best that we had in Columbia - For Lunch and Dinner there is such a wide range to choose from and it always was very tasty and freshly prepared. Only a short 5 minute taxi ride to the entrance of Tayrona park as well which was good. All round, a great place to stay.

Kantawa Hotel & Spa se nachází ve městě Calabazo v Santa Martě, jen 3 km od vstupu do národního parku Tayrona. Enjoying the peace and natural sounds of nature. THIS IS MY 3RD TIME THERE. i LOVE THIS PLACE.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 4 pozos, without exaggeration it was our best stay in Colombia (and probably beyond). The room is gorgeous and very big, full of clever well built details from a beautiful wooden fan, nice airflow, polarized windows (the sun is very strong!), lovely chairs, and a massive and super comfy bed. It had the amenities one would expect, bug net, different lighting options, a kitchen, down the stairs, with refrigerator and all tools you could possibly need, all brand new. The outdoor spaces were even more breath-taking, expectacular views of the jungle - we saw tucans and hummingbirds - there is a tree in front of the window and one can just sit outside and enjoy these woderful birds. And at night we had a moonless sky with tons of stars, the sound of the river and the jungle. The hammock, natural water pools and deck netting were all perfect. We were in total amazement for the whole stay. Customer service I must say, we got a 5-star hotel service, customized and private. Thomas, the owner, was just great. He was available for us when we needed him, with no pressure or anything. Simply all to our time needs, he drove us where we had to go, told us about life in the jungle and a bit of what the community there looks like. He's your guy! Ana Maria took care of us for breakfast and dinner, she helped us order food that was delivered right at the room. Breakfast was really delicious, with eggs cooked to our taste and fresh fruit coming straight from the farm! On our last day, after check out, they let us stay at the property enjoying the pool, and offered us delicious coconuts and towels to shower!

Incredibly tranquil location surrounded by the beauty of nature at the confluence of two rivers. The staff and food were great. The cabins are comfortable.

The Staff was extraordinary friendly, professional and went out of their way many times to make fulfill some extra wishes. The place, tho partly still in construction during our stay, is amazingly beautiful and offer different places and things to chill and do. hammocks, natural pool, fire pit, karaoke/live musik possible. they installed a new wifi before we arrived and we had solid connection in all areas to comfortably watch videos and make video calls. if you have any questions about how to get where and need help, just ask the staff and owner and they will gladly help you.

Good location - close to main road but away enough to be quiet. Walking distance to El Rio hostel for their parties. There is a great bakery/pizzeria if you turn left at the main road. Clean and comfortable room with air con. Very helpful staff.
