First timers in CR so we didn't know what to expect. We were very happy with our choice. The breakfasts were terrific with cereal, yogurt, eggs (scrambled or fried), sausage, pancakes etc were great. The resort is extremely well maintained and clean. The pool and kids pool were very clean and probably 89°F during our stay (end of February). The Tiki Bar is staffed with great guys who are happy to help. They offer adult beverages and kids drinks along with some really great lunch and dinner options. The only complaint is around the policy around the drinks at the pool. I completely understand not having any glass around the pool but there is nothing better than relaxing in the pool with your drink on the edge of the pool especially when the Tiki Bar provides the drinks in glass. Might suggest a review? The accommodations were also very nice with plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and the room was made up daily with fresh towels for the bathroom and the pool. The location was also an easy walk to Playa Manzanillo. Are there resorts that you could pay double or triple the price? I am sure there are but why???? This resort satisfied all our needs and when looking at the hit to the bank account it was a fantastic choice. Don't be fooled by others, you will NOT be disappointed here

We loved the hotel because it was very cosy and the staff was just absolutely brilliant. They were kind, thoughtful and smiling ! so rare ! Well done ! We loved the pool, watching our favorite Netflix show on the tv while relaxing in the jacuzzi. We loved the breakfasts and the massage table ! We recommend this hotel. Bathroom and toilets are also clean and perfect.

The Babylon Suite Tortuguero se nachází v destinaci Tortuguero a nabízí ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a klimatizací a zahradu. Pláž Playa Tortuguero se nachází 300 metrů odtud. Everything was perfect. We were well taken care of from the moment, we arrived to La Pavona, as the boat company knew about our arrival and had our names. The accomodation even arranged our transfer to Cahuita (boat and taxi), which worked out well. The apartment exeeded every expectation. Huge open space, wonderful views to Tortuguero canal with sliding doors/windows to let the outside atmosphere in. The whole space was very clean, warm shower, safe, garderobe for clothes, dining an writing table, full sized fridge, double airconditioning, and even a bathtube with view. The bed was very comfortable, the linen was good quality. In town everything was in walking distance, and the whole area was astonishing. If we ever return to Costa Rica, we would definitely stay here again.

Loved that it was owner operated. The owner Tristan and his daughter Arianna work very hard to make your stay wonderful! It is very clean, the pool and lounging area were perfect, and the fact that there are only 4 apartments makes it cozy and quiet. It’s far enough out of town to make it peaceful and in nature, but it’s easily walkable. A bus stop is also just outside the entrance gates. There is a lot of parking, and it is very safe and secure! The home made warm breakfasts delivered to our door were amazing! I would definitely recommend and would come back if we are ever back in the community

Very clean accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness definitely exceeded our expectations. The whole place is very well maintained, super clean. It's a great location almost at the beach, and walking distance to the centre of Cahuita and the Cahuita National Park. There was also an opportunity to rent bikes, free of charge, which was a great addition to our stay. We had a fantastic time staying at New Caribe Point. Definitely recommend! :)

Hotel El Colibri Rojo - Cabinas - Le Colibri Rouge se nachází 3 km od centra města Cahuita. a 300 metrů od národního parku Cahuita. We had a great stay at El Colibri Rojo and ended up extending our stay to 12 days. The rooms were comfortable with AC, we enjoyed spending time at the pool and breakfast was tasty. The location was perfect for us, since we rented a car and could park at the property. We also enjoyed being just a little out of the hustle and bustle of the centre, which was only 6 minutes by car. Playa Blanca is a 6 min drive as well. The place has a very calm nature and the garden is just stunning. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable and advised us on some tours that we wanted to do, which you can book through them. Cahuita is calmer than Puerto Viejo, which is just what we needed. It’s only a 15 min drive there. And you are just a small walk away from Cahuita National Park, which we can highly recommend visiting. All in all the best place we stayed at in Costa Rica!

Samasati Rainforest Bungalows se nachází v destinaci Talamanca a poskytuje sezónní venkovní bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a výhled do zahrady. Our expectations were exceeded. Already the drive from the gate to the reception through stunning nature was nice (you probably need a 4x4). The bungalows, pool & hot tub, and small walkways are very nice and have a calming "rainforest vibe". The view from the breakfast area is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
