Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. Everything went so perfectly that I wish we had stayed longer in Karlovy Vary. The city itself is beautiful and the hotel is magical. The staff was great, the restaurant and bar were great as well. and to top it off, a very comfortable bedroom.

The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner. Highly rated this hotel

Everything was perfect: • The location was great: close to Lidl and other shops; • The inner yard to go for a walk with the dogs; • Cleanness, good facilities, nice rooms, quietness; • Car parking slot; • Close to bus stop and main roads; • SPA and sport room (we had a luck to use them alone!!! :) • Nice stuff (everybody we have met here in 3 days); • And good price for 3 persons plus dogs free of costs.
