The resort really blew me away! We had such an amazing time and the experience was truly exceptional. The food, service, pools and entertainment were all great. The dive center on site made it so convenient and we really enjoyed our instructor. If you're not into diving they also have really great snorkeling on the property where you can see a diverse amount of fish and coral. I highly recommend this resort if you want to relax and spend a few days diving. We really felt like the resort had so much to offer and will be back again soon. They also went above and beyond at every meal for us and helped celebrate my birthday.

Featuring an aqua park with a complete amusement center, Serenity Alma Heights - Ex Serenity Fun City Resort is located in Hurghada. WiFi access is available in the lobby of this resort. The staff was very friendly. A bus runs to the beach every 15 minutes; it is about 500 meters away from the accommodation, with access through the sister complex, where there are also restaurants and bars. Beautiful coral reef. Wide selection of cocktails (including non-alcoholic ones). The family room is very spacious. More than ten water slides, a wave pool, and two additional large pools.

It's pretty perfect, the staff is extremally helpful especially the Guy if the customer care a pure visual delight of sandy/desert color schemed natural materials in a freshly renovated complex- some floors you just want to bring with you, they are so beautiful. It has a modern, yet cozy feel to it. Rooms are huge with spacious balconies with sunbeds looking over the sea . Service is absolutely great and its spotless clean. There is an amazing variety of food in Buffets, all served in a very nice way. Fresh mango and orange juice every morning... just to name some of it. Honey is served in natural honeycombs in specially designed silverware, makes one speechless. Even the music is mild and curated. . It's a trap, you want to go back. Overall feeling is calm, classy, airy and tasty!
