Best customer service we've experienced particularly from Raul. Staff were so friendly but Raul went above and beyond to make sure we had everthing we needed and always with a smile.

Location was perfect, right in the city but also in front of the underground parking area and the beaches. Perfect for a stay in Arrecife. The apartments were very clean and really nicely decorated with character and style. It had a lovely large balcony with a fantastic view, table and chairs and a special hanging chair my daughter loved. Also a really nice fully equip kitchen with microwave and even washing up liquid and sponge. The bathroom was great and included nice complimentary shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. The staff who checked us in were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. The roof top area was fantastic, really comfortable sunbeds, a jacuzzi, towels and again fantastic views. There were a lot of really nice touches which made the difference from other hotels and apartments and to be honest it felt like a 5 star. I have stayed in the Arrecife 5 star hotel across the street but will defiantly stay here in future.

Villas New Lanzasuites se nachází v destinaci Playa Blanca a nabízí ubytování s terasou nebo patiem, bezplatným Wi-Fi a TV s plochou obrazovkou, venkovní bazén a zahradu. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. The kitchen was well equipped, good knives, microwave and washing machine. The thoughtfulness of leaving a welcome pack as we arrived at 8pm. The location was ideal, so close to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. We have booked to come back next year.

Great space with beautiful interiors. Completely private and quite. Beautiful windows with views of the pool. Large modern showers and clean bathrooms. Everything was excellent including the helpful staff. Amazing location with easy access to the rest of the island.

This place is awesome, everything you need is available and you can feel like home :) You can use swimming pool and jacuzzi and barbecue :) The owner iż really nice and do very helpful. We were with 9months old and we could stay longer on our deprature day cause we had late flight and we appreciate it very much Location is great as well, near the restaurants, market and beautiful beach. Surely i would like to come back there :)

Fantastic choice of foods at breakfast and evening,plenty of sun beds,beach on your doorstep,comfortable beds and lovely room,definitely go back …. great relaxing week

Casita Mis Chinijos con Jacuzzi o Minipiscina se nachází v destinaci La Asomada a nabízí bazén, zahradu, terasu a výhled na moře. V ubytování je dostupné bezplatné Wi-Fi. The Place we had was a little apartment with a small garden and private jacuzzi. The host Monica was very welcoming and sweet. She prepared a fresh cake which was lovely! We even had some fruits and milk in the fridge. The views were amazing. You definitely need a car to go to the center and visit other places on the island. On our last day we left in the evening so she offered to switch to an other place in the morning so we could enjoy our last beach day. This was absolutely amazing!! Only feedback we would have that a second pair of sheets and towels would have been great. Otherwise perfect. Absolutely recommending!! Thank you for everything :)
