Within walking distance of the ancient city of Avallon, but also situated in the countryside, this B & B offered everything and we wished we could have stayed longer. Our studio accommodation afforded every comfort and breakfast was charmingly delivered in a basket and left outside the room at whatever time requested. The old farmhouse and gite had a wonderfully rustic feel, as martins and swallows flew in and out of the stables, and it was easy to see how families with children would love the ponies, swimming pool, and many other activities on offer. Very reasonably priced and a place to revisit.

Jean-Piere & Marie were very welcoming hosts. It's a beautiful, new hotel - perfect for us as close to the motorway but also very quiet with on site parking. Our room was large & comfortable, with black out curtains. Large bathroom with a walk in shower. Jean-Pierre & Marie (who I believe are both chefs) served us the most delicious 3 course evening meal. Sadly we couldn't stay for breakfast as we had an early start the next day. We'll be back soon though!!

Huge living room with ltwo bedrooms. New, convenient and modern. Best location in Dijon, 5-6 minutes walk distance to train station, 7-8 minutes to all tourist attractions. The owner give all tips and guidance before arriving. Really good communication between each other. This is a well-maintained place. We can find everything we needed from the house (Nespresso coffee machine, change-over plug, juice & water, all kitchen appliances, massage bathtub, really nice bath cleanser, wash machine and dry and so on). Bathroom and toilet are separately which is considerate. Very satisfied with everything and it is a pleasure to staying here for visit Dijon.

Host and the cleaner lady all are very responsive and friendly. The location is close to the train station and to the historical area. Bed is comfortable in king size. There is even a Christmas tree in the living room to bring up the holiday atmosphere. Very thoughtful and detailed in all the cooking equipments. Thank you for hosting us and would highly recommend your place.

Narina met us outside by the building. She was kind enough to hop into our car and help us drive up the ramps in the parking garage. Then she walked us into the apartment to show us how appliances and the sauna worked. Her english is perfect, so she was easy to understand. It's a very pretty apartment. It's clean, large, comfortable and has everything that you can think of. She was even kind enough to treat us to beverages in the refrigerator. We also liked that we could see our car in the garage outside of the window, across the street. And, to get to our car, there's a covered walkway which is nice if it's cold or raining. The next day she also helped us get our car out of the garage. She's truly sweet and friendly. The next time we are in the area, we will FOR SURE stay in this lovely apartment!

Funky little B & B, with kind hosts. Loved the robes in the room - a nice touch. Our hosts helped us find a restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was excellent.
